Accessibility statement
TBH Advisory is committed to making this website clear, usable and accessible to as many people as reasonably possible, including people who use assistive technologies.
What we are doing
The site is built with semantic page structure, keyboard-operable navigation, visible focus states, responsive layouts, meaningful text alternatives and support for reduced-motion preferences.
Text can be resized using browser controls, color choices are designed for readable contrast, and important information is not communicated only through color, animation or hover.
Conformance target
The website is designed toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This statement describes our target and current approach; it is not a claim of independent certification.
Accessibility features
The website includes a skip link, logical headings and landmarks, keyboard-operable navigation, visible keyboard focus, descriptive page titles, meaningful link text, text alternatives for informative images, responsive layouts and support for browser zoom.
Decorative imagery is hidden from assistive technology. The interactive dot field is decorative, does not contain information needed to use the site and respects reduced-motion preferences.
Compatibility
The website is intended to work with current versions of major browsers, common desktop and mobile operating systems, keyboard-only navigation and modern screen readers. Very old browsers or unsupported assistive-technology combinations may not provide the same experience.
Technical approach and testing
Accessibility is supported through semantic HTML, cascading style sheets, client-side scripting that preserves keyboard operation, accessible names and states for interactive controls, and layouts that reflow at smaller sizes.
The release process includes automated checks and manual review of keyboard access, focus order, focus visibility, page structure, responsive reflow, contrast, text alternatives and reduced motion. Material additions are reviewed as part of the publishing process.
Known limitations
Client logos and any future third-party documents, embedded services or externally hosted content may present limitations outside our direct control. We will assess such content when it is introduced and seek an accessible alternative where reasonably possible.
No accessibility issue should prevent access to the website’s core information. If a barrier is identified, we will prioritize it according to its effect on users and the practical steps required to correct it.
Feedback and alternative formats
If you cannot access any part of the website or need information in a different format, please use the Contact page and identify the request as accessibility-related. Include the page or content, the difficulty encountered and, if useful, the browser or assistive technology being used.
We will review accessibility feedback and aim to provide a reasonable response, correction or alternative way to obtain the information.
Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared on 22 July 2026 and last reviewed on 19 August 2026. It will be reviewed again when the website changes materially or when testing identifies a need for revision.
