About
TBH Advisory is an independent advisory practice led by Tom Bar Haim.
The model
TBH Advisory brings strategy, transaction, legal and execution perspectives together when the situation crosses professional disciplines.
It also carries its own technology layer. Where a recommendation needs a system behind it, TBH Advisory can build that system instead of handing over a specification.
Tom Bar Haim leads TBH Advisory’s work, structures it around the decisions that matter and remains engaged through delivery.

Founder
Strategy, M&A and transformation advisor. Corporate and M&A lawyer by background.
His experience spans Big Four deals advisory, post-merger integration, business transformation, executive program leadership and corporate and M&A law.
He works directly with founders, management teams and investors on transactions, transformation, complex programs and corporate legal matters. The differentiation is the combination, one senior advisor who has done the deal, the delivery and the legal work.
The delivery model
TBH Advisory is built from disciplines that usually sit in different firms. Each one is part of how a mandate is delivered. The AI systems belong to the delivery model itself.
Judgment is not delegated. Tom reviews the work, forms the recommendation and remains accountable for the advice.
Extended expertise
TBH Advisory works through an extensive network of go-to-market, finance, legal and tax experts, as well as technology partners. The right specialists are assembled around each mandate, so the client gets one integrated team and one answer.
Working principles
Tom Bar Haim leads TBH Advisory’s work, stays close to the detail and remains accountable from scoping through delivery.
The scope, cadence and outputs are designed around the decisions the client needs to make and execute.
Software, data engineering and AI systems are part of how the work is produced. Tom reviews everything, applies judgment and remains accountable for the advice.
The work draws on experience across Israel, the United States and Europe, including transactions and programs that cross functions and markets.
